2019-20 General Information
ENTRY PROCESS: Any team wishing to participate must complete the tourney roster form (including all known scheduling conflicts), certificate of insurance indicating Liability AND Medical coverage (Minimum $25,000 Excess Medical), and send in tourney entry fee, as soon as possible but, no later than Registration Close date. No teams will be accepted after that date and games will not be assigned until all fees and fully completed roster entry form (available on Web-site) are received. Teams are accepted on a “first paid, first in” basis… Do not wait until the Registration Close date as once brackets are full, the tournament will close. There are various levels of play within each grade level depending upon team strength; brackets are based on the number of teams registered. There are usually approximately 100 teams in total competing from all of the various brackets/levels. Teams may pay in advance for any tournaments to secure spots. Out of town teams are accommodated based travel schedule and receive preferential treatment on weekend times available. CYP Tourneys reserves the right to not accept teams with too many scheduling conflicts, insufficient team insurance coverage, past sportsmanship/ethical issues, incomplete registration, or when competitive brackets can not be formed. In addition, lack of sportsmanship, or poor behavior, by coaches, players, parents and/or spectators will not be tolerated and may result in forfeiture of remaining games in a tournament, and possible ban from future tournaments. Game Sites may change due to site availability or additional team registration. There are no refunds after tournament Registration Close date.
